Updates!

Hi folks,

Just a little update on our progress/plans! 

We have a new fundraiser on the go....another 50/50 draw; I think we keep going back to those because they're just so successful!  Let's face it....Margaret can sell tickets to anyone!  lol

The tickets will be drawn at the St. Patrick's Day concert on March 10th!!   Come on and bring the whole family...you can't lose!  Family friendly, HILARIOUS skits, wonderful singers, and a chance to win a bunch of money.  Sounds like a time to me!

We are also planning an online auction!  We are completely overwhelmed by the response from businesses and people in this area.....wait until you see the things we've had donated!  It will likely take me several days to get it all set up.  The auction will be on Facebook...I will post the link here  when it's all done and you can bid on whatever you like...and there will be lots of things to tickle your fancy!

We have some more plans for Sandy Cove this summer.  :)  We listened to your comments and opinions last year and we plan to add some outhouses and change rooms.  We also are going to do some brush cutting to widen the trail to Sandy Cove and add some more culverts in some areas.  We're hoping to add a bunch of new picnic tables as well.  As always, we're open to ideas, so if you see something you would like to see in Sandy Cove or a better way of doing something, please let us know!
